The Churrascada Festival was born in 2022 from the passion of a group of Brazilian pitmasters based in Australia who dreamed of sharing the authentic BBQ culture with all of Oceania. What started as a gathering of friends around the coals has grown into the region's largest gastronomic event.
Today, the festival brings together more than 50 pitmasters from different countries, live bands, workshops on ancestral techniques, and a kids area that ensures fun for the whole family. A full day of flavours, rhythms, and the unmistakable energy of the fire.
